Marco Baldonado is a Toronto-born director and creator with a Filipino-Italian heritage that fuels his storytelling. A graduate of Ryerson’s Image Arts program, he has built a career at the intersection of art, technology, humour, and heart.

His debut short film TOTO premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and won Best Short Film at Blood in the Snow. His commercial work has been recognized by the AICP Awards, Tribeca X, ADCC, and the Marketing Awards.

Marco has crafted films for SickKids, the Ontario Science Centre, and Walter Klassen FX, blending emotions with high-end visuals. His work moves easily between narrative, commercial, photography, and documentary worlds.
